Selling Your Property

As a seller, you are responsible for the rental agreement until it is transferred to the new buyer. Here's what you need to do:

    To Transfer the Rental Agreement:
  • Inform Your Real Estate Lawyer

    Notify your real estate lawyer about any Cana-Air rental equipment associated with your property.

  • Validate Equipment and Rental Agreement in the APS

    Ensure that the rental equipment and agreement are listed in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS).

  • Arrange for Buyer to Complete an Rental Transfer Agreement

    If the rental agreement isn't listed in the APS, arrange for the buyer to complete an Rental Transfer Agreement with the buyer.

    After the Sale:
  • Contact Cana-Air

    Provide Cana-Air with a copy of the APS or Rental Transfer Agreement.

  • Submit the Moves Form

    Share your move-out date and new address through our Moves Form.

Moving Out as a Tenant

If you are a tenant moving out, follow these steps:

  • Submit a Move Request

    Use our online form to submit your move request.

  • Provide Move-Out Details

    Include details such as your move-out date and tenant information.

  • Notify Your Landlord

    Inform your landlord that we will be contacting them to confirm your move-out.

Moving In as a Tenant

If you are a tenant moving into a new property:

  • Submit a Move Request

    Use our online form to submit your move request.

  • Share Move-In Details

    Provide your move-in date and tenant information.

  • Inform Your Landlord

    Let your landlord know that we will be in touch to confirm your move-in.
